Brogan’s Way is the daring adventure of creative scientist Brogan Carr and her father, Simon.

An emerging gin distillery which has already achieved recognition and renown for its delicate and intricate flavour creations, Brogan and Simon set up their distilling and cocktail venue in Melbourne’s inner urban suburb of Richmond.

Brogan’s Way explores the science of flavour and invites spirit drinkers to do the same.
